Pipe Supports for Power Plants

Power-plant piping is where engineered spring supports earn their keep. Main steam, hot and cold reheat, extraction and feedwater lines all move with temperature, and every hanger on the stress isometric carries a defined hot load, cold load and travel. We manufacture and export the supports behind those tags — variable and constant spring hangers plus the rigid supports, clamps and attachments that complete the schedule — from an established manufacturing base in China.

What we supply

• Variable spring hangers — MSS SP-58 design practice, loads ~0.2 to 100+ kN, travel to 50 mm, with travel stops fitted for hydrotest
• Constant force hangers — for large vertical movement on main steam and reheat lines where load variation must stay tight
• Pipe shoes, guides & anchors — fabricated rigid supports for BOP and utility piping
• Pipe clamps & clevis hangers and U-bolts & threaded rods — the bulk hardware that fills out the same tag list

For an initial comparison with your own installation, include a wide view of the piping and structure, a close view of each connection, and the support tag or controlling drawing revision. That allows the visible arrangement to be reviewed alongside the engineering inputs, rather than selecting a product from its appearance alone.

Send the hanger schedule or marked-up isometrics — hot load, cold load or travel with direction, pipe size and temperature — and we size each spring support, return a data sheet per tag, and quote complete assemblies: spring unit, turnbuckles, rods, clamps and building attachments, so nothing has to be sourced separately at site.

Documentation follows the same tag structure, which is what project QA files need: data sheets per support, dimensional and inspection reports, and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates on request, plus full export packing documents. Finishes run from red-oxide primer as standard to epoxy systems or hot-dip galvanizing to project spec.
